Cancellations & Missed Appointments

I know that things do come up at the last minute, be they emergencies, a need to reschedule, relatives drop in unannounced, someone you are caring for has a medical emergency, etc. I plan my day around connecting with you and others who wish to get a psychic insight and if you have booked your chat in advance, you need to understand that there are others who were turned away for the time you have requested with me. Some people wait up to two months to get a chat session at a time that is convenient for them. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled reading, I may well be able to complete a chat with someone who calls at the last minute, but chances are that I won't. Because my time does have value and your time has value, you will not be offered another chat for the time missed by not attending the appointment. I reserve the right to refuse to reschedule a chat that has been missed and abuses my schedule. if you do not show up or adhere to my cancellation policy.
